Double Page Spread
Double Page Spread ep 154- Vivek Tiwary

Vivek Tiwary is the writer/historian behind the Eisner award winning graphic novel "The Fifth Beatle" and has so much exciting news! He's recently gotten a tv deal to turn the story of Brian Epstein into a tv show and hopes to create more seasons about other famous managers. He and Wendi discuss the fascinating network of behind the scenes people who supported the Beatles, like the impact of George Harrison's sister in America. We also get to hear about Vivek's unique upbringing in NY and the equal influence of punk rock and Broadway that led him to helping produce Green Day's "American Idiot". He is also currently publishing his online illustrated young adult novel "Asha Ascending", with artist Sara Richard, which is open to input and changes with audience feedback. Hear all that as well as Tony award and Hamilton discussions, current music related tv shows, the Musicians on Call non-profit, Valiant comics and so much more!
